Admission and Enrollment
Admission Process:
- All admissions are subject to availability and completion of required documentation
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application
- Admission forms must be filled accurately with complete information
- False information may result in cancellation of admission
Enrollment Requirements:
- Original birth certificate and previous academic records
- Completed admission form with parent/guardian signatures
- Payment of admission and tuition fees as per school policy
- Medical records and vaccination certificates
Fees and Payments
- Tuition fees must be paid on time as per the school's fee schedule
- Late payment may result in additional charges or suspension of services
- Admission fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed
- The school reserves the right to revise fee structure with prior notice
- Fee defaulters may not be allowed to sit for examinations
Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain discipline and respect school rules and regulations
- Attend classes regularly and punctually
- Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students
- Wear proper school uniform as prescribed
- Complete assignments and homework on time
- Not engage in any form of bullying, harassment, or misconduct
Violation of conduct rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and guardians are expected to:
- Ensure regular attendance of their child
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) when scheduled
- Monitor their child's academic progress and behavior
- Inform the school of any medical conditions or special needs
- Provide accurate contact information and update changes promptly
- Support school policies and cooperate with school administration
Academic Policies
- Students must maintain minimum attendance (75%) to appear in examinations
- Promotion to the next class is based on academic performance and conduct
- The school follows the Sindh Board curriculum for Matric classes
- Regular assessments and examinations will be conducted throughout the year
- Report cards will be issued at the end of each term
Withdrawal and Transfer
- One month's written notice is required for withdrawal
- Transfer certificates will be issued only after clearance of all dues
- Original documents will be returned upon request after fee clearance
- The school reserves the right to dismiss students for serious misconduct

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Sindh.
